Crislie is deeply passionate about the potential of AI to drive innovation and positive change. Jose brings a strong focus on business strategy and solving complex challenges. Though we've known each other for years, it was through our shared work in community and charitable initiatives that we realized the strength of our partnership and vision.

Crislie is a seasoned cybersecurity and AI professional with over a decade of experience working in Silicon Valley's fast-paced tech ecosystem. She has supported Fortune 500 companies in strengthening their security posture and managing complex technical relationships, with a strong focus on service and strategic problem-solving.
In recent years, she has expanded into artificial intelligence—developing AI applications, consulting with businesses, and educating children to inspire the next generation of tech leaders. Her work focuses on integrating AI to solve real business problems—helping companies save time, reduce costs, and operate more efficiently in a rapidly evolving digital world.
She is also launching her own app and continues to blend creative innovation with technical depth.
Crislie holds a degree in Computer Engineering and continued her education in Computer and Information Systems Security at NYU. She is passionate about using technology to create both business value and social impact.
Jose is a dynamic executive leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, global operations, and strategic growth. As a former Chief Technology Officer, CIO, and VP of Sales, he has led high-performing teams of 500+ across multiple industries and international markets.
He has successfully integrated 12 acquired companies into a unified powerhouse, driven $350M in revenue, and transformed a slow-growth distributor into a top-performing enterprise. Jose's expertise spans strategic planning, P&L management, M&A, process automation, and technology leadership—making him a trusted advisor to organizations looking to embrace innovation at scale.
